2013 Fitness Blog

My 2013 journey to fitness and good health. I am a stay at home mom with 6 children. I am a part time student at BYUI and I have been exercising regularly for about a year. In 2012, I lost over 20 lbs (188 is where I started) and I went from a size 16 to a size 12. I still have room to tighten up through my middle, and hope the accountability of tracking my efforts publicly will keep me on track.

Saturday I did 1/4 mile warm up on the track then 2.25 on the treadmill.  I walked forward, backward and sideways, flat and with some incline.  I was just wanting to ease my soreness.  I ended up with 1/3 mile total on the track so that's 2.58 total miles Saturday.

Total January = 31.11/50
